We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery for most items, provided they are in their original, unworn condition with all tags still attached and packaging intact. To be eligible for a return, products must show no signs of wear, alteration, or damage and must include all original components, including hygiene liners, authenticity tags, and any accompanying documentation. We carefully inspect each returned item to verify it meets our quality standards for resale.
To initiate a return process, please contact our customer service team to obtain a return authorization number and detailed instructions specific to your order. Returns sent without prior authorization cannot be processed through our system. Once we receive your return package, our quality assurance team will conduct a thorough inspection within 5-7 business days. Following approval, we will process your refund within 10-14 business days, issuing the amount to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return results from our error or a defective product. For exchanges, the same conditions apply as outlined for returns, and availability is subject to current stock levels of the requested item.
Certain product categories have specific restrictions for health and safety reasons. These include swimwear with removed hygiene liners, intimate apparel, customized products, and items clearly marked as final sale. Products that show evidence of use, have been washed or altered, or lack original packaging may be denied return or subject to a restocking fee. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method with insurance when returning items, as we cannot assume responsibility for packages lost in transit.
